1. Planning & Insight

Before starting work and by means of interviews and meetings with the client, we hold detailed discussions on requirements in terms of experience, qualifications and personal characteristics of the right candidate. We also try to understand the culture and context in which the future candidate will have to perform and be successful.

We then go on to define the search strategy and begin detailed research to identify possible candidates in the target organisations.

The combination of our experience, access to leading edge technology (in which we invest constantly), and the methodology employed by our Research and Knowledge Management Department, allow us to review the entire range of possibilities that might interest the client and complete the process in a reasonable period of time.

The resulting information is shared with the client throughout the process.

2. Management

Using intense personal interviews, we perform a detailed evaluation of the professional record of the candidates, with special emphasis on the key moments of his or her professional experience, analysing the exercise of the responsibilities held in previous positions. This phase culminates in the presentation of those who best meet the specifications.

3. Closure

In addition to the references that arise during the research process itself, at the proper time we complete information on the pre-selected candidate by an exhaustive reference check, contacting with professionals related to the candidate’s previous activities. This information is processed and available to our client.

From the time of presentation of candidates up to the incorporation of the selected candidate, we work to ensure that the relationship between client and candidate runs smoothly, facilitating the development of communication between them in order to reach a satisfactory agreement for both parties.
